SMS Terms of Service

01About the program

The Hamilton House SMS program (the "Service") is operated by HH Digital LLC ("Hamilton House," "we," "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms.

By consenting to Hamilton House's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of Hamilton House through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and your participation in the program is voluntary.

We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time; your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of them.

02What we send

You may receive two types of messages:

• Promotional messages — announcements, program invitations, special offers, and reminders about Hamilton House programs.
• Transactional messages — updates, alerts, and information related to your application or membership, such as confirmations, scheduling, and account notifications.

03Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Hamilton House is not responsible for these charges.

04How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text the single keyword STOP to +1 (855) 683-8715, reply STOP to any message you receive from us, or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent unless you initiate them.

To resubscribe, reply START or UNSTOP to the same number, or sign up again on our website. If you have subscribed to other Hamilton House mobile message programs and wish to cancel, you will need to opt out separately from those programs.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

06Carriers & delivery

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's coverage area and service. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most other major U.S. carriers.

You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or the Service.

07Eligibility

To consent to the program, you must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder of, or have authorization from the account holder of, the mobile number provided.

08Privacy

Your privacy matters. By participating in the program, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. In short: we do not sell your personal information, and we will not share your SMS opt-in or consent status with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing this messaging service.

09Changes to these terms

We may modify or cancel the SMS program, or any of these terms, at any time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Effective" date above. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
