Hamilton House is operated by HH Digital LLC, a limited liability company based in Malibu, California. In this policy, "Hamilton House," "we," "us," and "our" refer to HH Digital LLC. "You" refers to anyone who visits our website, applies for membership, joins a program, or otherwise interacts with us.

This policy explains what information we collect about you, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to hamiltonhouse.co and any related applications, forms, or services we provide.

We collect information in a few ways: what you give us directly, what we observe as you use the site, and what we receive from the tools we use to run the business.

Information you give us

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
• Application and intake information — answers to questionnaires about your goals, lifestyle, background, and anything else you choose to share when applying to a program.
• Health and program-related details — where relevant, information about training history, injuries, medical considerations, and similar context you choose to share so we can program well for you.
• Payment information — processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
• Communications — emails, text messages, and other correspondence between you and us.

Information we collect automatically

• Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time on page, and similar diagnostics.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 06.

Information from third parties

• Analytics, advertising, and email and SMS platforms that help us run the business (e.g., Klaviyo, our website host, our payment processor).
• Service providers who help us deliver programs, send messages, and process applications.

03How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

• Review and respond to applications.
• Deliver programs, content, and events you've signed up for.
• Communicate with you about your application, account, and the programs you've joined.
• Send you marketing communications — newsletters, invitations, announcements, program reminders — where you've opted in to receive them.
• Improve our website, programs, and offerings.
• Prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with the law.

04How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. Companies that help us run the business — website hosting, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, analytics, customer support. They receive only the information they need to perform their function and are required to handle it confidentially.
• Legal and safety reasons. Where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hamilton House, our members, or the public.
• Business transfers. If Hamilton House is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With your consent. Anywhere else, only with your explicit permission.

We will not share your SMS opt-in or consent status with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing our SMS messaging service. We may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us deliver these messages — including platform providers (such as Klaviyo), telecommunications carriers, and other vendors that assist us in the delivery of text messages.

05SMS communications

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages from Hamilton House. This is optional and is never a condition of any purchase or membership.

Messages may be sent via an automated system. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

06Cookies and tracking

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, measure how the site is used, and — where you've opted in — show you relevant content.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect how the site works for you.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to help track items placed in a cart, including when a cart is abandoned, in order to send reminder messages where the visitor has opted in to receive them.

08How long we keep it

10Children

Hamilton House programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated via the site or by email.
